serves all socioeconomic backgrounds through our program funded partner agencies each year. |

funds 45 programs in three focus areas: Education, Income & Health. |

funds 2-1-1, an information and referral hotline which connects people to these 45 programs and other community services. |

operates the C.A.S.H. program, a free tax preparation and filing service that last year saved $71,000 in preparation fees and returned $640,000 in refunds to our residents. |

empowers parents to help prepare their preschooler for kindergarten through the Fun Learning Moments program. |
| 6. |
recruits volunteers for our 22 program funded partner agencies. |
| 7. |
commissioned a 2009 Needs Assessment to identify critical and unmet needs within Madison County. |
| 8. |
proudly utilizes local volunteers to make local funding decisions. |
| 9. |
uses these volunteers to measure and evaluate the effectiveness (e.g. outcomes) of each funded program. |
| 10. |
advances the common good by creating long lasting solutions to community problems. |
