CA$H is a high quality, free tax preparation and information service provided by trained, IRS-certified community volunteers.

AVAILABLE TO HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN $50,000 OR THOSE 60 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER!

For the sixth year, we are partnering with AARP and Impact Alabama to offer CA$H.  This program was created to assist families in several ways:

• free tax preparation saves each family an average of $300 in fees.
• many families do not know they are eligible for tax credits such as the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit.
• families receive their funds fast so that refund anticipation loans with high interest rates can be avoided.
